Return and Refund Policy:

Journals and Notebooks:

We have a 14 day return policy for journals and notebooks, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be completely unused and in the same condition you received it in. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. For our journals, if the sticker pack is not returned or returned in used condition, we will deduct $5.00 from the refund amount but can still accept the journal itself.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@myrainbowjournal.com. You will need to pay for the return postage and we strongly suggest you use a signed for option as we can't issue a refund until we receive the goods and have checked that they are in good condition. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:

Sticker Sheets:

We do not accept returns of sticker sheets at this time. If an item is damaged upon reception, please contact us immediately and we will try our best to send a replacement sticker sheet.

Other Exceptions:

We cannot accept returns on any sale items labeled Final Sale.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Contact us at hello@myrainbowjournal.com.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
